What we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through an assessment, email, consultation request, or account profile, including your name, contact details, company information, market, and business stage. Basic technical information may also be recorded by our hosting and security providers to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use information to provide requested services, maintain accounts, respond to questions, improve the site, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Account access
Customers can view and update their own profile. Authorized Carbon staff may view customer accounts to support service delivery. Developers may administer account status and access roles. Access is limited by role and logged where appropriate.
Service providers and retention
We may use reputable providers for hosting, authentication, email, security, and analytics. They process information only to provide those services. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our business-record, security, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational retention needs. You can also choose not to provide optional profile information.
